iOS 11 was introduced on June 5, 2017, at the Worldwide Developers Conference.1

This iOS 11 is the next-generation version of iOS which supports iPhone X. This has many eye-grabbing features like translate English into different languages, new keyboard features, Portrait Mode, and Live Photos have been improved with new capabilities.
At this event, Apple has promised many other updates. These features or updates are yet to be released.
iOS 11.2 Beta
The iOS 11.1 mostly fixed bugs and introduced a bunch of new emoji, but iOS 11.2 is more powerfully packed, with the addition of Apple Pay Cash. Now Let’s see something more about this 11.2 version.
Major changes in iOS 11.2: –
Apple pay, a peer-peer payment system and faster wireless charging for iPhone 8 and iPhone X.
Apple Pay: –
The apple has said it has fixed few bugs and made few improvements to the 11.2 version. The iOS 11.2 brings in the Apple pay to you.
The problem is that it is US-only feature. It means this update is only available for people inside the United States. The people who are not within this country have to wait for the release. The Apple may or may not release this iOS app for others(rest of the world).
Yet the US-only app is not ready. They did not make a switch on the server side. So, the app is not online.

Wireless Charging: –
The wireless charging is a great improvement in the Apple’s history. The iPhone 8 and iPhone X is built-up with this ultimate wireless charging Gear.
This update improves wireless charging performance from a maximum of 5 watts to 7.5 watts. That’s not as fast as some other phones’ wireless charging performance, but it’s a 50% improvement and faster than the adapter that comes in the box.
iOS 11 problems: –
- The iPhone users, I mean lovers often say that after the update of iOS 11 their battery is draining fast. This might be the problem with software but not with your Battery. So, do not think of changing your battery and waste few dollars.
- The iPhone face id doesn’t work. There are lot many social media status and posts saying that the face id isn’t working. But few said this issue was solved by restarting the iPhone and few said it didn’t solve the issue.
How to check the iOS 11.2 Update: –
This iOS 11.2 version is in a beta version. Totally there are 6 beta updates on this version. There is no official news on this update of 11.2 version.
- Settings> general> Software update.
This will show you any updates available for your iPhone or any iDevice.
